CUSTOM BEEF, PORK, SHEEP, GOAT

All orders will be charged with the slaughter fee and processing fee.

The slaughter & processing fees will be split according to the portion

you bought from the farmer.

​

The slaughter fee includes slaughter, skinning, gutting, and washing of the carcass.

​

The processing fee includes cutting and grinding of the meat, packaging,

and freezing of the final product.

​

The kill & chill fee includes slaughter, cooling of carcass, and help loading out the carcass. This is only for farmers/customers who want to cut up their own animals.

Starting with animals slaughtered August first our prices will change, updated prices in (  ) .

BEEF

Slaughter Fee: $60 (80) per animal

Processing: $0.65 ($.67) /lb of hanging weight

Tenderized, Stew Meat, Patties: extra $0.75/lb

Kill & Chill: $80 (100) per animal

Oversized Beef: carcasses over 1000lbs hanging weight will be charged an extra $0.10/lb for processing

PORK

Slaughter Fee: $30 (40) per animal

Processing: $.70/lbs (.73/lb) of hanging weight

Cured meat: $.75/lb

Tenderized, Stew meat, or Patties: $.75/lb

Kill & Chill Fee: $40 ($50)

SHEEP/GOAT

Slaughter Fee: $30 per animal

Processing: $60 per animal

Kill & Chill: $45 per animal
