Deer Season 2025/2026

Deer drop off during business hours only.
7:00-4:30 Mon-Fri and 9:00-12:00 Sat morning.

We will be accepting deer through the first week of January. Orders for summer sausage and other products will be closed after Christmas.

Deer Prices

Processing Fee: $130/deer

Processing deboned/quartered meat: $1.50/lb. (on meat delivered) 

​

Save Hide: $10

​

Save Skull Cap (V Cut): $10

​

Save Whole Head: $10

​

Save Cape Mount: $35

​

Gutting Fee: $50 

​

Stew Meat/Tenderized: $1/lb.

​

Added Beef or Pork Fat $1/lb.

​

​Summer Sausage: $3.50/lb.

Plain ($3), Cheddar Cheese, Hot Pepper Cheese, Cheddar Cheese & Jalapeno, Hot Pepper Cheese & Jalapeno

 

​Bologna: $3/lb.

​

Jerky: $12/lb.

​

Breakfast Sausage: $1.50/lb.

​

Snack Sticks: $5/lb.

​

Hot Dogs: $4/lb.

​​All of these products are charge on the finished weight

Disclaimers

- any meat not picked up within 3 weeks of notification of order completion will be forfeited & donated

- any portion of the deer that is damaged by impact or injury will be trimmed away & discarded

- we are not liable for poor meat quality due to deer sitting out in the heat too long

- Summer Sausage, Jerky, Breakfast Sausage, Snack Sticks, & Hot Dogs will not be your own meat due to larger batch size requirements (If you would like your own meat with these items you must have larger batches of the ground products and specify that you want and individual batch made at drop off. Minimum batch size is 40# for Summer Sausage, 10# for Jerky, and 25# for Breakfast Sausage)     

- Summer Sausage, Jerky, Breakfast Sausage, Snack Sticks, Hot Dogs will only be made during firearms season
